I've been trying to design a set of factions based around the Conquer/Discover/Build/Explore base that SMAC uses in its PR.So I designed a Build faction; here's the basics -
+1 Industry
+1 Economy
-3 Support
-1 Growth
-10% Research Costs <good>
+20% Rush Costs <bad>
I wanted them to be hard to expand with but have them as excellently suited for the Builder stategy. I'm hoping someone out there has a suggestion or two before I move on...
