Does anyone else think that the graphics for
the the last two factions (pirates & probes) look worse than the graphics for the original 7 factions and the first 2 SMACx factions
(cyborgs & usurpers)?

I don't think they look worse, just unimaginative. Besides, Probe, Cyborg and University all seem to have the same agenda.

The Cyborg agenda is Planned Economics, not Knowledge.

Are we talking about base design or faction emblem, because I think the Pirate emblem looks pretty cool.

Actually, I was talking about the picture of the faction leader, and the faction emblem. I agree that the bases in the background all look pretty cool.
