The Data Angels faction was unveiled today. Details I could discern from the text:
+2 Probe
-1 Police
Free "Covert Ops Centers" (new facility?)
-25% Subversion Costs
Planetary Networks
Information Networks
ShareTech 3 (mimics Planetary Datalinks SP)
Can't Use "Power" values
The Leader is Sinder Roze (hacker sobriquet), and she hails from the West Indies.
All I can say is WOW. If the -1 Police is all I have to worry about, I'm in great shape with these folks. Let the Probe teams fly. I think the Data Angels are equally suited for nearly any victory condition. The ShareTech ability will quickly become useless in the hands of a skilled player, however, as you'll be far ahead of everyone in tech.
