posted 08-23-99 08:59 PM ET Does it seem to anybody else besides me that the Peacekeepers are a Super Faction. They have no Morale,Support,Growth or any other inherent problems besides the - 1 Efficency. But that can be cured by Democracy.
And they have really good diplomacy. What's Up ?

I think the Peacekeepers are probably the easist faction to win a development-based game under. No real downside, and a couple nice advantages that can be further compounded by getting the right SPs. Give them a Human Genome Project and you have golden ages left and right. Give them an Empath Guild and you are a shoe-in for every governor election plus much easier supreme leader.

-1 Efficency is defintily a pretty big penalty. The PKs are still have one of the easier advantages to use.
I would reccomend either Lal or Yang to a new player, since they both have easeir times with Drone Riots. Lal by extra talents, Yang by Police Units. But to me, Yang is better, although he can't get tech nearly as fast the growth and industry benefits are simply incredible.
