Starting tech should probably be Mobility, although Planetary Networks would be an early goal (they probably have a probe bonus).
Sounds neat, but are those three special abilities even possible?

Thanks four for your reply Adam. Here's a few things I forgot to include.
- 2 Efficency (Uncoordinated scavenging)
- 3 Support (Scavengers not Warriors)
+ 1 Economy (Lots of valuable items)
The Spartans already have Mobility so how about Doctrine:Flexibility. Again let me know what you think.

I was looking at the social engineering choices and I think that's a little rough. That -3 support can really hurt on any level (no free minerals for a new base). Instead of that, I'd use -1 to -2 POLICE (First-come, First-serve Basis). And what you _should_ do is change that -3 SUPPORT to +1 or +2 INDUSTRY (Salvage helps defray Costs).
Q: How do you get a bonus from Unity pods and Alien Artifacts, a free Librarian, and move through factions with or without Treaty?
