This is my first attempt at a good faction. It's based on the Terrans from the game StarCraft. Questions and Comments, please.

I'm a little unclear what their abilities are. You've given them a few more than what you listed in the datalinks. If you clear this up, I can comment on the faction. But I must say that based on the datalinks alone they are too strong.

Ok, I see what you mean. I'll scrap the +2 support and add the Free Prototype and Can't use Green parts that I forgot to put on the first time

A Combo of Spartans, Morgans and University, with almost no weakness... (-- planet is easily to overcome by many units and terraformers).
The +economy makes you as strong as the Morgans
The +research makes you an counterpart for the University.
The free prototype and the extra Unit gives you some of the Spartans advantages that are strong in the beginning of the game.
I say it is unbalanced

I spent some time going over this fixing alot of mistakes and balancing it out a bit more. This should be it unless I find another major mistake.

Shouldnt it be "Admiral Dugalle"?
And your datalinks are incorrect: you say you have --Planet in your datalinks, while you have a ---PLanet rating.
