OOC: We had these a while ago, and I wanted to start it again
IC: I hereby call the meeting of the UN Council to session. The first issue is a role call. Who is in the UN?

I move for the expulsion of Dehlan for his attack on the CFS. He commited genocide and unprovoked acts of Agression, including war. Our declaration of war was in response to a deliberate attack, and becuase of allainces, so it was within UN regulations.

OOC: Galen? War isn't a reason. Heck, NATO's bombing the living **** out of Serbia, and noone's being expelled. As for genocide, weren't YOU the ones that used the bomb from Eccles?

Actually, declaring war against a soveirgn nation is against the UN Charter. Besides that fact, Dehlan has said before that (OOC: I fogot what thread,) that he will not respect any decision the UN makes.

You must admit though, by saying that the CFS is against completely against, the New Republic is basically a declarement of war.

First of all only two members of the FSA (Free Star Alliance) are members of this council. Second of all, I am not a member of this council and will not be swayed in my military decisions as to the NR. I will decrease the amount of bio/chem/nuke weapons but cannot ban them as the NR would find a weakness.

And I said that I would not follow the decisions of the planetary council (the rule makers). But that has been settled. Face it! You have nothing to fight me for!

Dehlan has earlier said he will ignore whichever parts of the UN Charter he disagree with. So, if the UN holds now sway over Dehlan, why should he be allowed in?

I am only protecting The New Republic. Eccles Korian, and Galen will eventually take over the U.N. Ruleings, and therefore, they take over myself. JT, you must understand this.
I want a copy of the U.N. Charter before I follow anything. I just don't want to be controlled by the more millitary enhanced factions, and that's what is happening!

Let bygones be bygones, give the man the charter, and if he complies let him in. If not, then he can't be part of the council even if he posts here.
