Ok the rules are:
1.No all powerful weapons that can't be stopped
2.There are 2 solar systems: Delta and Echo
3.Delta has 6 planets, Echo has 9 planets
4.Choose 1 planet from either system
5.Name your faction and base
6.Your planet can have moons and rings, but the total between them has to be 8 or less
7.Your planet starts off with 2 bases(your base and a city that has one and only goal that you decide)
8.One research goal takes 1 day
9.Projects take 2-3 days depending on the size of it and how many peaple you have working on it(eg. your working force)
10.Citzens are divided into 4 types Scientists, Workers, your Army, and your Air Force Pilots.

I am JT3, President of the United Territories of Aqedu(UPA). We are a democratic society, striving for freedom and knowledge. Our capital, Aqedu Command, is working on a Space Elevator so we can easily mine and defend our five rings and three moons. Our second base, New Philadelphia, is setting up our Space Force. We have set out colonists to set up four more bases, and they should be arriving at their setup points soon.

New Moscow, my capital, is working on drafting 10,000 of its 80,000 citizens into the Air Force and 20,000 citizens into the Army and is building the PUnishment Spere. Commy Lookout is working on the Self-Aware Colony. We are researching Orbital Space Flight. Zebes Has 3 rings and 5 moons and is in the Delta system.

11.you can make stuff that isn't in SMAC but you have to explain what it does.(eg.A Project that protects 2 of your cities)

Okay, we currently have 100,000 people in our Faction. 20,000 are Scientists, 25,000 are Army, 25,000 are Air Force, and 30,000 are Workers.
We are in the Delta Centauri System.
We are researching the Laser.

I have 30,000 citizens in the Army, 15,000 in the Air Force, 30,000 are workers, and 25,000 are scientists.

Pinko: Tommorrow is way too short a time for people to join. People go on trips, are busy, have a power outage, etc. We can continue the RPing tommorrow, but let's give people, say, a week to find out about this.

Is it possible to place one of the old AC fractions on one of those Planets?
If possible, I would like to recreate Gaia's Stepdaughters, since they are the most powerfull fraction in SMAC...

As JT 3 said, people go on trips and do stuff besides play RP and go to the forums. Some people live on the internet (like me ) and some people don't.
