The Allience Of Free Stars has decided not to allow any members in if they are also members of The New Republic. This causes EXTREME stress on the factions, and will start wars eventually. I suggest that we set out on a diplomatic mission to stop this! This is a vote, please vote Yea to this mission.

Altough the Guardian leaders are in the Higher Plane, the Guardian fleets are still here.
JT's fleet is under the Command of an Admiral
Ronin's fleet is under my command.
Dehlan's fleet is also under someones command, otherwise they would be controlled by the Guardian Counsel (the Admiral and me).
So the Guardians are still around to act as an political and military "police" force.

I knew that, Quist, I meant that he said "The Guardians (includeing Dehlan) are in the Higher Plane", and I wanted to know why he said "including Dehlan".
