I, and Emperor Kurghan of the Federal Empire of Quirat are forming the Republic. It will be a governing body much like the AoP.

I am leaving the AoP, to pursue this alliance, but all of my treaties stand with all of the AoP members, and all of my ships will continue to fight along side the AoP.

We offer all of you a chance in the Republic.

My first act as President of the new Republic is to begin allying ourselves with the various peoples that we know. We have conveyed our intentions to the AoP.

We wish to, in the long run, to form a government that in which all races are united. We will do this peacefully, and we will not take advantage of any race we ask to join.
