Captain Mowl: Open wormhole to coordinates-What the ****?!
Scan: Wormhole opening approximatly 2.7 miles ahead of us, sir!
Mowl: Enter it! Let's see where it leads to.
Scan: Entering. We have entered the wormhole.
Mowl: Scanners, do an infared scan for the entire wormhole.
Scan: There's a very small signal.... it's the size of an Interceptor.
Mowl: Shields up. Approach the object.
Scan: It's..... a ship, sir. It's giving off the energy levels of 4 Doomstars!
Mowl: Scan for weapons and shielding. Commlink, try to contact it. Open all frequencies and send a basic message.
Comm: No response, sir.
Scan: Sir, there are seven unknown weapons on the ship. They are storing incredible amounts of energy. Shielding minimal, but unknown.
Mowl: Get within a mile of it.
Scan: Sir, it's charging! The entire ship is pulsating with energy!
Mowl: Get us out of here now!
Scan: It's firing!
Mowl: Fire all weap-.........
<The viewscreen turns off. The scene is now at Aliance Base in the Alpha Sol system.>
JT3: That was the last transmission from the Seeker. Our ships have found nothing where the last coordinates were. It seems it was totaly destroyed.
Galen: Was there anything marking the craft? Symbols, letters, anything?
JT3: Not that we could see. The ship was emitting a blue glow the entire time.
Korian: We have to find out what it was and where it's from. We should send a Strike Fleet to the coordinates at once.
JT3: I agree. If they come again, we should be ready for them.
Eccles: Why don't we just spread some life-killing chemical around the place and aim some busters at it in case they come through? THAT would get rid of them quick.
AoYoS: Let's try a little diplomacy first.
Comm officer: Sir, the Infinity has just spotted another blue ship!
JT3: Get me a commlink to him now!

<The Imperial ship is hit with over 2000 ion shots at once from planets, Space Stations, ships, and fighters.>
JT3: Get a crew out there immediatly. I want that ship captured and examined.

JT3: Contact all non-AOP members and tell them that they are invited to examine this ship as well.

Scientist1: It's incredible. I've never seen anything like it! All this energy stored in such a small ship!

We have been invaded. We have lost our outpost on the small moon in the Trilax system to invading forces that are unknown to us. We did capture a large ship of a unidentified origin.
We are examining it as we speak.

We thank you, JT, for the invitation to examine the captured alien ship. It is amazing at the energy stored in a ship this size. Yes, it even seems impossible. And i have a therory. Perhaps they have advanced tech that allows them to do this, but only just. They are filled to capacity, giving each ship enormouse firepower and shield generation. Even with all of our fleets combined, we would be hard pressed to beat this foe. Yet perhaps there is another way. I believe that, seeing as how they hold so much energy, if we could but pump more into their ships they would explode from having too much. I have followed up on this and commisioned some of my sun energy space harvesters to this very task. I am sending them to you, along with a controller, to test them. Perhaps they will work, and if so i am prepared to make many more. My race will still, for the time being, refrain from directly entering the war.
We would also like to join the AOP, taking up your earlier offer.

This is most worrying. I hope you are right, optimizer, and your sun-energy harvesters can destroy them quicker than they might other be destroyed. My main concern is my mind-chip nexus and whether they will be able to breach it and take control of it. I do hope my nightmares will not come true...

JT, we have examined a small reaserch bay on their ship. We have found aincient technology, it appears to be Guardian... We cannot unlock this technology now, but mybe Ronin can help.
We also have been pondering where they came from. We deployed a homing device on one of their shuttles. We traced them to a galaxy far, far away. They seem to be controled by an evil emperor who has just taken over most of the galaxy that they occupy.
I will send more info as I get it.
<OOC:> If this sounds alot like Star Wars, you're right. I want to bring a new galaxy into this, with some new spiecies and charecters. I thought Star Wars would fit right in with our current tech. </OOC>

I have just had an inconclusive battle.
We engaged at 100,000 klicks pretty long range, I intercepted a force on its way to Callisto. We exchanged shots, it turned into a pounding match, we fired most of our extraorbital Dimmers (slang for Dimtear) our casulties were heavy, but both sides have withdrawn from combat.
You are free to examine the burning hulks, my ship hulks have suffered interesting damage.

hmmm ok, at least they are human so far.
Bloodnok is temporarily under my protection as he is only new, and the Empire came quite close to his Capital.
Just a note for the story, I am not as gung-ho as that!

I will assist to unlock that tech. But one thing is for sure: they are no Guardians... But it is quite possible they were near the attack on our home world... As soon as the Planewalker expedition has left we will come to defend your vessels. If they are using Guardian tech, you wont stand a change (that is, if they know how to use it!)
