Way too strong. Very similar to the University, but lacking the extra drones. So either give them the drones, or get rid of the Net Node and maybe move them up to +2 research.

Thought so..... maybe I'll take off the +1 Research..and make it 95% tech cost instead.

An idea I came up was the Union of Planet
Sort of like a marxist democracy (eg, trotskyist)
+1 Industry (industrial growth)
-1 Police (strength of the working class)
-1 Planet (effects of industrial growth)
No -ve effect from Planned economics.
May not use Free Market Economics.
Starting tech: ?
any suggestions?
