I am calling for a UN council, to investigate the idea of reinstating the UN charter. The first 9 votes will be taken, 5 votes wins. I vote YEA.

If the U.N. Charter was reinstated, it would be chaos on The Republic, and Guardians! The U.N. Charter would completely eliminate The Contitution of The Republic! And would shatter the rules of The Guardians! I vote Nea.

I vote NEA to... But Dehlan, don't worry, the Guardians do not have to follow the UN-charter. We shall respect it, but since we originally do not come from Earth, and we have nothing to do with the UN, and are not part of an UN-based allience, we do not have to obey.

Yes I am Dehlan. Look bak a bit and you'll see that I am a part of role-playing. I am also a member of the AoP. I get my vote in the UN Council, as do you. I may not have been here very long, but I am a part of this.

Anyway, if the charter is instated, I will not follow anything that will interfere with The New Republic. You cannot force my faction to obey the U.N. Charter until someone posts it! And even if someone does, I may not follow certian areas.

I WAS THE ONE WHO STARTED THIS WHOLE ROLEPLAYING THING, SO YOU HAD BETTER SHUT UP!
Anyway, I have riecived the word from my people, we will not follow the charter. My people have spoken, we are a democracy, I will serve my people loyally. If any of you object to their decision, I suggest that you make a speach at one of the Senate meetings in The New Republic.

Dehlan, the British started the American Colonies, do they get to make our desicions?
Well, it appears noone else is going to vote on this, so the vote is closed, the UN Charter passes, if it is to be amended, do it in this forum. As for a post of the UN Charter, I will summrimize the points, but if you wish for the real one, I can get it.
No declaring war.
No genocide.
No atrocities.
No taking other's land.
The UN has a force to enforce it's decisions, it is directed by the Security Council (which, I think ought to include Eccles, Dehlan, and Ronin permanatly, or at least represnatives of the AoP, Guardians, and NR)
Countries will follow the decisions of the World Court.
Any country in violation of this charter is kicked out, then we can do what we want to you, including sanctions.
We get to beat up on you if you go against the UN.
Let's all be freinds.

My people have spoken, if you can persuade them differiently, I will do as they wish. But otherwise, their vote still remains stood.
Anyway, I would be happy to enforce the U.N. Charter. But I do not approve of this,
"Countries will follow the decisions of the World Court."
That rule could corrupt entire factions, destroy entire worlds in a single vote.

I disagree entirely. War turns people in mindless brutal savages. We refrain as much as possible from war, but sometimes it is inevitable, because of mindless, brutal savages that lead those nations which attack.

So what they r basically saying the U.N charter is being forced upon non-humans. Well then how would u like me to force upon some of my recent charters like the Pebble Pact which gives the Athenian Revolution all power in its territories meaning I OWN U!!!!!

If u noticed im not serious and do not c how u can force the charter on to non-earthlings my friend.

Actually Dehlan, the guy who lead the Mindwalkers started it. He could easily have started a new thread to post this in. I will repeat my original statement, you were not voted in, so you should SHUT UP!

Wow. I came in earlier than I thought. When I started RPing, UN Meeting on Planet was only in the thirties.
Okay, now that that's over......
Why does it really matter? He got voted in, so he's in. Dehlan came when there was noone to vote him in, so he was in.

PS: Kaljar, I think he meant OOC. As we have seen before, when there is no conflict, the RPing slows down and disbands.

WHAT DOES HE HAVE TO DO WITH ANYTHING! The point is that he didn't. And don't lie. JT, Ronin, and I were the ones who truely started RPing. The Mindwalker guy came in a bit before the Hive was destroyed and planet was eradicated.

A- I was around before JT and Ronin, so don't even try to pull that one.
B- The Mindwalker guy couldn't have came around after the Hive was destroyed, because that was the start of our conflict with the Hive. Also Dehlan, I would like to know your age. I'm 13.

Well, we enforce it on all humans who came from the original factions and from Earth. BTW, after Brak was ME! And Micheal came too near the beggining. I still remember when Planet 2 was the big new thing.
Also, I'm 14, but I'm probably just one year behind seth in grade, I will be a sophmore next year, skipping grades is fun. Well, I'm dazed, time to go to bed.
