i was wondering if this is balanced
Hybrid Human-fungas
++planet planet likes plants
++growth plants grow fast
--Research only research bio stuff
--economy furtilizer expensive
is there a way to have more
bio lab each base
1 mind worm at start
priority growth
social priority dem
may not use police state
tereform cost half
+ 25 psi combat
extra drone for every 4 citizens

Ummmm.... Interesting. I don't know how well it would work, but it is balanced and VERY creative. What tech do you start with? None?
