Greetings. I am Commander Democ, leader of the Federation of Protected Planets. We are an alien race from the "higher plane", as I see your friend Ronin calls it. We broke away from the Evil and vowed to destroy them. Since then, we have encountered many beings on many worlds. We joined them all in the Federation. We have now encountered you. We would like to have an alliance with all Guardians, as they share our cause. We offer a treaty to the rest of the Factions.

-1Police(freedom is our main goal)
+1Research(lots of different races in our Faction means lots of different ideas)
+1Morale(vowed to destroy Evil)
-1Econ(Lots of races in our Faction, not too many people to trade with)

Democratic/Planned/Knowledge/Eudaimonic

What do you mean "what we are"?

Nice that you are addapting to the storyline (my storyline), but this gives some problems...
First, I am the only one who knows the complete background of the Higher Plane (since I introduced it). I intended to use this fact to "introduce" enemys wenn things get boring (like the Shadows). The fact that you claim to be from the Higher Plane gives some complications... But this can be worked out...
I could just abandon this plan, and let things go... But for now, it works great. The War has caused the AOP to be started, and indirectly the creation of the UP. It started the problems with the Confederacy.
I could integrate you in the story however... If I give you the important background information, you could become an interesting character... Please mail me. My address is [email protected]

(I know it looks strange, but I do not want things to go wrong again. My Fraction has a background... This background lies in the Higher and Lower plane, and if the the story collapsed, we haven't got a background anymore...)

BTW, it would also make the Guardians obsolete. The Guardians have been formed because the people of the Higher plane were either against the people here, or did not care about them.
Until now, only Ammu has concerned about the people here. She "created" the Guardians, to fight the evil, because there weren't others capable of doing so. Following the original story, the Guardians made sure that people could defend themselfs against the Evil. They "leaked" information to ensure that people could fight them themselfs.
So now the Factions here can fight the Evil, altough the people from the Higher Plane are more powerfull. That is the reason that I do not claim we are from that place. It would simply make us to powerfull...
Altough it could be possible that other people break off to assist the people here. But it should be only a few, not even more than 10. Off course, they can assemble gigantic armies on this place, but an army consisting of only such "higher" beings would be to powerfull. And there simply aren't enough people on the Higher Plane to form an army. Thatr is why the Evil recruits its people on this plane.
You can see the people from the Higher Plane as sort of "Gods". An army of Gods would become to powerfull... I hope you understand my case...

you know, I just realized that this title is exactly the one Winston had, interesting. As it is, I hate this "higher plane" stuff, but I will still vote YEA

OOC: Okay, cancel my first origin. I have talked to Ronin, and made a new one. Here it is.
IC: We are an alien race from the "Third Plane", a plane created by the Evil to generate their army. We escaped the Third Plane and came to this one, searching for new friends and allies.
Just to restate, we would like a Pact with all Guardians.

I think I am basicly in, since the plane thing only affected Ronin.

Thank you, Democ. At least I have one ally in this whole wretched affair. I never wanted to start a war. Actually, I am (or should be) supirior to all of the factions here. I mean, I started the roleplaying anyway. (Don't ask, it's very complicated to explain.). In short, I started a room to be used for quotes, and then we started talking about the factions, and then someone mistaked it for roleplaying, ect. ect. it escelated from there on.

He, Dehlan, you can always count on me! Altough you have declared war on me once... But that is in the past. We will always be your friends, since we are the onces who formed the Guardians....
