As you know, I was born human, on Chiron. I was the sole emperor of much of it. But the Hive defeated me. I was exiled to a small asteroid of Alpha Centauri C. Later I was rescued, and taken to Xhikor with some colonists. That much you know.
On Xhikor, my men uncovered a machine. It seemed to be a neural amplifier, and it was, but more than that. It not only gave users telepathic powers, but other abilities, like being able to control people with your mind. No, I don't use it on my people, but it does have its advantages. Who has seen New Rome? Is there any crime? Are there any prisons? No. I use my powers only on criminals and such. Much more effective then nerve stapeling, and not as messy as punishment spheres.
Anyway, I seem to have another 'power' I wasn't aware of at first. I have contacted the 'living ones', creatures from the 'before time'. As their Univerce collapsed, they buildt the 'future song' to store their achivements. Then our Univerce was formed from the collapse of theirs, but the song somehow survived. As planets formed, the song was buried deep in the crust of Xhikor, until a borehole probe dug it up.
I got this from the last 'living one', a being made of an electron/proton mix. In their univerce, atoms never formed. The whole place was a quark/gluon plasma. The creature told me how it had ended, how their scientists had created atoms, and it caused a chain reaction, killing everything, and creating countless atoms. Our univerce was born.
The 'living one', who I call Steve, claims this univerce belongs to him, that we were an accedent caused by their science. He has told me to build a quasar, if I don't, he will cause a time fracture with the 'song' (he lives inside it), and the old univerce will spill over into the new. I don't know what he wants with the quasar, but I must complete it.
This war has halted the flow of anti-matter to Xhikor. I need 3 stelllar masses of it to open the quasar, and you people are using it all up in the war. I need my project complete in 8 days, or the insane Steve will kill us all.

Emperor Micheal, I implore you to evacuate your planet and destroy it. There are other places to go, and I would happily send ships to transfer your colonists. To create a quasar would destroy us, if you are so close. He IS insane, and to listen to him is insane. I will personally send sevral DimTear ships to your planet to destroy it if you like.

I, personally, am _not_ sending any antimatter. I ask the other leaders to do the same. First of all, we don't know the effects of a natural quasar, let alone an artificial one. What if it was their form of a wormhole? What if they're going to invade?
Also, his story has contradicted itself. His universe collapsed, no? Then, the dense matter of the collapsed universe exploded, creating our universe. He is basicly saying he will flood this universe with this universe, which is impossible.

Contradicted? What if I went back in time and killed my parents. Would I still excist? Yes, because even though I had killed then before I was born, someone would have had to kill them. If I never lived, then how could I kill them, which means they would be alive, and I would be born. Time Travel doesn't make sence, and seems to contradict itself, but somehow doesn't. He can create a wormhole to bring back his people, destroying us. Why didn't he do it before? He was 'asleap' until I woke him and unable to. The 'future song' has this ability. He has shown me why he needs the Quasar, but I cannot tell now. I will reveal my reasons later. Please help.

Ah, you mean that he would come from the past. Well, there's one problem I have with that. You say you dicovered a song. Fine. Great. It tells about his people. Super. But, that doesn't explain how you're contacting him, since it would be like if the Earth was destroyed soon after the launch of Voyager, some alien discovered it and found the info about earth, and talked to us. The aliens are gone. History. Left behind in the dust. You are talking to some fraud, or making this all up.

I didn't say I could use the time machine. I said he could.
I also said he was the last of his people, sent with the song (its really just a huge machine, there is nothing musical about it, but song is how the word translates).
Galen, he cannot be killed, because he is made of electrons, newtrons, quarks, gluons, protons, etc, and some things that are unknown to us. His 'exotic mass' shields the song. We cannot even move it.

Okay, let's say he did. He goes back, gets his army, and enslaves us all.
But, if he did that, he wouldn't have any reason to have gone back, gotten his army, and enslaved us all.

He would bring his people into THIS time, he wouldn't stop the explosion, but he would leave 'himself' in the song so the future would not be disturbed.
He has told me I may speak of what the quasar will do. There is another univerce. Several, accually. Quasars are the only way to travel to them. He is going to use it to send his people to an 'empty' univerce, so he will not disturb us, but if a quasar is not built, his only choise will be to use this one.
