1. how do u get military?
2. what are my choices of area?

1. You produce it in your bases on your planets. You give updates of how many ships you have every once in a while. Also, you may not have more than 750 ships.
2. Make up a system and claim it.

I only got three... (WhiteStar + three escorts...)
I will have to work on this I see, altough I believe a small fleet is stronger than a big fleet.
