I am transmitting this info to get you up to date.
OOC: I am now JT3, due to Forum database problems.
IC
Dehlan is gone. Killed by the Shadows.
AoYoS built a ship he named the Dreadnought. It was not yours, as I saw it being built myself.
We are now the United Planets of Knowledge. I am President. We are a Republicracy.
The UPK has signed a treaty with the Shadows.
Although I was a bit upset by the Council disbansion(is that a word?), I will offer
a Pact. Also, I invite you to join the AOP.

I am honored, but I must decline. But I can make you an counteroffer: join the Guardians again. The disbanding of the counsel was neccasery to solve several serious problems, like Dehlan. Since this is over now, your post is still free. One important thing: you are allowed access to all of our tech, but you are not allowed to trade it! This would create serious problems. Please consider this offer...

I will have to consider this matter very carefully. First of all, I will not leave the AOP to do this. Also, I do not want the Ronin/GoL combo throwing other members out and claiming that they are the only true Guardians.
If I do join, I will not trade any Guardian tech(OOC note: Since you never really made up any Guardian tech, it would be really hard to trade it, huh? ). But, If I gain any techs after that, I will still offer them for trade with other Factions.
I will consider joining and have an answer soon after you reply about the leaving AOP matter.

How was Delhan a problem? I thought it was Korian, since he tracked down your modem.

Ronin, I am sending the UPK Ambassador to your fleet to get some talks underway. Also, you may dock at any UPK planets or Space Stations.

OOC; I wasn't saying it doesn't exist, I was just saying you haven't said anything about it, therefore we know absolutely nothing about it. So, we can't trade it, since it would be like trading nothing for something. Does that clear it up?
