Ok, this seems kind of interesting to me. could somebody post in detail what this is? Do i create a faction or something?

Yeah, and submit it for approval by everyone, with a subject heading with RP to begin it. Then we try to get you to join us, although it is obvious that the AoP is the best group to join.
