Before you say this technology is unfair or to powerful, I now say it will take me 1 1/2 - 2 real time weeks to develop even the prototype for it. And quasars are real. As you all know, a 'Quasar' (i think that's how its spelled), is the name for the strange lights near the edge of the univerce. They are the farthest things away from us we have ever seen. But we can see them. They shine with more light than a billion galaxys. Only we know nothing about them... for now.
Some call the quasar a 'white hole', and believe it to be the oposite of a black hole, or even the other end of one, where the stuff the hole sucks in, the quasar spits out. We have a different theroy. The quasar IS the opposite of a black hole, but not in that way. It is a black hole made of anti-matter. How can one be made? Take at least 3x the mass of Earth's sun in anti hydrogen, smash it down as far as it will go, and it will collapse under its own anti gravity (normal gravity repells anti-matter atoms, so anti gravity attracts them.) The result is a quasar. We are hoping to build one to study it, but if there is an accedent, there will be a huge anti-matter explosion, or the quasar might explode or get to powerful to control... Because of this, I am asking a vote. The first 7 votes will be counted, whatever you deside on I will do. Augustus Michael Ruler of Xhikor

NEA. I am working on a revolutionary paradigm shifting breakthrough, but so far we have taken almost 2 RL weeks, and not compelteted it, and we ARE a research faction.Galen AqKnow |

4 yea 0 nay... still 3 more votes. The decision will be made tonight, 7 votes or not. Lets say 6:00 PM.A weapon that can destroy the galaxy (and possably nearby ones to)? We have singularitys don't we. They could swallow the galaxy, but no one has done it yet. I really don't think anyone would be dumb enough to use it. They would be killed as well. You couldn't fit it in a gun or laser. It gives of energy of 1 billion galaxys. Thats 1 billion stars to a galaxy, so thats 1,000,000,000 squared. E=GM^2 :P How do we plan to hold one? Build two, and use the energy of one to contain the other, and use the second's energy to hold the first. Black holes will be nearby to suck in the energy in case of an 'accedent'. What we really want to know is where all the energy COMES FROM. And if I don't make it, someone else will. And it may be the shadows. Augustus Michael Ruler of Xhikor |

Well, its 6:00 and no one has posted here. The vote is 4-0 still so I will go ahead with the project. |

Shadows have no interest in researching. They do not need research. They have everything they want. OR they assimilate it (wich hasn't happened in about 3000 years). So don't be afraid of that happening.High Commander Ronin Guardians of Destiny |
