Our scout haven't stumbled upon a planet we can live on in our solar system, and we cannot afford building a more powerful colony pod, so we thought about building a Star Ladder and creating a colony- in space.
We have the resources for it, but they're on the bottom of the ocean. Can someone here send us 3-4 submarine terraformers that will allows us to 'mine' those ruins?

We finished removing the pollution layer! At last citizens from the entire
planet can breeth normally, and other then several misc. medical problems,
everything is OK.
We would like to thank all of you that sent formers and support. When we'll
receive the submarine formers we'll start working on the star ladder (so
far we only have general plans, but our engineers are working on it) and launch
several more satellites, mostly for interstellar communication, and after it
a spaceship or two.
We would also like to inform everybody that we changed our way of government
to Eudomania, encouraging our citizens to reach the stars they never saw.
