Can someone here post me the rules for the faction roleplaying? Should I register somewhere to join?

You can read the rules in RPing council and post your faction there. We will then vote on whether to accept you or not.

Okay, here are the steps:
1.Make up a Faction
2.Make its origin
3.Decide what kind it is(warlike, researching, etc.)
4.Post its Social Choices and natural +'s and -'s
5.We then vote on letting you in or not.
