Well, you haven't seen me in awile. You may have even forgotten about me!
I have created a new weapon. I call it the Doomprobe. Why do I call it this? Heh heh heh... ok I'll tell you. I guess your sensors have picked up several massave solar flares in the Xhikor system. You made no big deal about it, that system is uninhabeted. Well, it's not. I have been using it for my Doomprobe testing site. I caused the flares, and they did quite a nice job on that rocky inner planet, it now has a nice atmosphere of hydrogen.
I have several Doomprobes active, about, oh... 126. The range of the flares is 6 AU, or about 558 million miles. What do I plan to do with these? I will contact you later.
Oh, and don't try attacking. I also have sensors hidden in my system's oort cloud, and anyone entering will be destroyed.

I also agree with the proposed treaty with you at least until the Shadow menace is gone. I will not try to enter your space and my intentions are peaceful. I expect that you do not enter my space without permission as well.

I would stongly recomend that you joint the UA. It is far better than the AoP, as is evident in the threads of the respective factions.

Hey, hey, hey, no flaming, now, we don't even know if he's going to sign a peace treaty, let alone join an alliance.
But, Michael, if you do join an alliance(AOP), the stronger(AOP), wealthier(AOP), and better one(AOP) is probably left to personal choice(AOP).

Yes, I was ruler of the Impirivm, but it was desroyed by the Hive, but I escaped (my clone was killed, but he was a drone anyway). The total population of my 'New Impirivm' is 1256, so trade with me wouldn't be so great... no resources in Xhikor, thats why it was so great for my secret research station!
You want the Shadows gone? Tell me their home planet and I'll destroy tem with a doomprobe. I will join the first alliance that will provide me with 30,000,000 credits in terraforming equipment & misc supplys. There is a planet I would like to colonise, second from Xhikor, but it is like earth's planet Venus, too hot...

AoYoS, you are truly an idiot. Either that, or you flunked math a couple times. 100,000,000,000,000^O equals 1. Anything to 0 power equals 1. Even if it equaled 1 trillion, as you claim, that would be highly unlikely for your faction to offer a trillion credits. We call that "supermanning." So, Augustus, AoYoS is actually offering you 1 credit. The rest of you should not bother offering, as I have already given Augustus Michael the supplies.

Do not presume to tell me my factions adpoted symbols for your dollar sign or your credit sign this is the sign we use ^O is our sign designated for money.
This money comes from the Income of the Herclux Econopact and is not supermanning. There is nothing in the charter that limits amount of money a faction can have. If you propose a bill on that I will gladly withdraw my offer.

Yes I will gladly join the AOP. We will together terraform Novalatium (the name of the venus-like planet)
I cannot tell you the secret of the doomprobes. It would be unwise to let that information get out there for anyone to grab.
I can tell you that probe teams trying to steal the tech will be shot down, regardless of who they belong to.
I can't accept any battleships though. My fleet it much more efficient.

Discription-
These things are deadly. They are to small to see, and invisable to sensors, as well as being fast, cheap, and hard to hit. Several of my men describe shooting them like "hitting knats with a baseball bat." Needleships are the future!
