I have been playing with a new faction I've made to replace Morgan. The Ferengi. Simply put, they are the best "Financers" in the gallaxy.
Useing the Ferengi Rules of Acquisition, how can you go wrong???? I have the file all balanced out and the pics 80%, but I could use some info on how the make a "VOICE" file. The writer of Borg 2 did a great job, and I would like to put one in this faction file. Any over all ideas on this (as well as any comments) would be appresiated.

For anyone else that wants to know, I found out on my own that to make your own MP3 files, you can down load the need files and info at MP3.com
I am now on my way. I hope this info can help others!!!!
