Anyone ever thought of a hippie faction?
Kind of like the Gaians and PK mixed together?

All citizens content in every city if no vendettas?
Anyone know how to set something like this up?

Yea, like ABSOLUTELY NO support for the forces! Drone riots every time you send out the troops! Drone riots ever time you declare a vendetta! Drone riots every time you try and use police! Etc...
