Comments? I don't know if it's underpowered, overpowered, or just about right... I've played it for a while, and it makes for a fun change. I don't really care for all the base names.....

Don't post the whole file (no one will take the time to read the whole thing anyway). Just post the basic stats, and maybe someone will help you.

I disagree.
I didn't want comments on some part of it. I wanted comments on the whole file. Base names, diplomacy, etc.
I always read the full files.
Anyhoo... what did you think?

A little weak. Add +1 Police(because of careful watching of public) and it should be more balanced.

I agree with JT3. A nice idea, and +1 Police will make them perfectly balanced. And how about calling the leader James Bond?

The Problem if you call the leader James Bond is that you HAVE to put a +1 Pop out there ...

P.S. : I am trying to figure out how they made the rule that the Believer cannot tech before 2110 (see Creating Factions), can someone help me pls ?
