I will not ask approval by a roleplaying council. Roleplaying is free and I will nnot be needed to approve by your so called council. As I stated in the RP-first contact we are not aligned with the Human Factions we are aligned with the Acheans.
RP now:
Changing the origin of the Herculean to Alpha Centauri B, Planet called Herculi.

The roleplaying council has nothing to do with whether to do with wherher you are human or not. It is there to make sure there are no super factions. If you do not ask approval, we will simply ignore you.

As long as you do are not unbalanced you are in. We need to know your stats. (If you have already said them, where?).
The New Charter has no provision against aliens. Please don't go out of your way to be awkward.
