"Hailing Frequencies open, Centricate."

Since the years of the Great Exile by our friends, the Acheans, of our sister planet, we have quietly sat by and watch a mysterious species emerge from a star not far from here. They call themselves, Humans, and are most intriguing to us. We felt since the Acheans have returned we should so our presence to the Humans as such.

"Now, Centricate, all we have to do is wait for the Humans to respond."

"Be prepared to sned an Emissary to Chiron, prep him to be able to survive in the atmosphere."

After reviewing the confrontations of the Acheans and Humans on the Outer Rim, as we call it, we are proposing a limited cease-fire between the Acheans and Humans, in the effect that if this conflict goes on, we will be forced to enter on the side of our long time friends the Acheans. I believe this to be wrong, but we have to much obligation to them.

ACHEANS: " Greetings, Centricate, it has been a long time since we have spoken to one another."

"Yes, tis. Many eons have passed since our races communicated. What has possessed you to return to Chiron, after Planet drove you away? And what of this conflict with the humans?

ACHEANS: " We have returned to lay claim to our world. We possess the technology to tame Planet. These "creatures", in our thoughts, have invaded our territory. You should think the same as we. They have invaded your space also.

"We do not feel conflict is the correct step in stoping the expansion of this race. We are content to ur world as it is. Our views would possibly change if they were discovered planning to colonize Hercules.

ACHEANS: " As you have seen our forces could easily destroy them, if we had a jump point to locate. Would you possible let us use Hercules as that jump point?"

"Not at this juncture, we do not condone the attacks that have been made by your forces or theirs as of this moment our stand is neutral. They are willing to protect their "so called" home. It will be hard to deter them from protecting it as you have seen. They have hurled off your attacks many times. I do agree, though that if you had the other ships here, it would be a great deal easier.

ACHEANS: " Well, we will keep you informed of the ongoing conflict and we have posted secret satelites around Hercules, to inform us and you of any colonization attempts.

"Agreed, We shall work to try to work a peace agreement between you and them.

ACHEANS: " We appreciate the notion, but as of this point we don't wish for peace nor war, we would just like the right to come back to our planet peacefully, and without intereference from the infidels."

"Mulako-sad, ni. Goodbye for now.

"Two leaders of the Humans on Chiron have contacted us. One, this Korian, sounds just as the Acheans have told us, coldhearted, warlike, and insulting. I agree with their description, ONLY on these Humans of the so-called Federation."

"The others, though, lead by JT 3, sound sincere and intelligent. Also theisincere thoughts about the loss of life show me and should show the rest of you that he along with his faction act civilized and their description should be peaceful."

Council: "What are you proposing Centricate? That we hold talk with these Humans led by JT 3, or do we portain to all of them as "creatures" that were described to us by the Acheans."

"I believe they are not a threat, at least JT 3's faction. The others, though not contacted by all, seem to be territorial and war-like. We should pursue a Treaty of Mu-Lai (Cooperation) with the peaceful humans. The others you shall vote on after more has been heard upon them."

After the meeting, I strolled through the corridors of Li's Hope, the capital city, wondering whehter the reports of the spy sattelites, the Acheans, or the sincere thoughts of the Humans are true?

"Who should I believe?"

Assistant: "URGENT MESSAGE FROM THE ACHEANS SIR! PUTTING IT THROUGH TO YOUR COMMLINK!

ACHEANS: "Greetings, Centricate. I hope all is fair on Herculi, this fine afternoon."

"Yes they are, thank all for asking. State your business quickly, please, for I am scheduled to meet with JT 3 in only a few moments."

ACHEANS: "Our spy sattelites have detected a large Starfleet, designation of the Federated States of Democracy, on a direct course bound for Herculi. This expeditionary force is very large, and is equiped with those so-called world devastator Ion Cannons. I do not believe they are a threat but this shows our descripion to be true. Call an emergency meeting of the Larvae, and let them vote whether to let us use Herculi as a jumppoint." ACHEANS OUT

"Contact the Council, EMERGENCY STATUS 2, LAUNCH PATROL CRAFT AND WORMS INTO THE ATMOSPHERE ASAP. MOBILize FOR A DIRECT CONFLICT."

:Explains the Act

"This act is not only to protect the stars of Centauri but the planets of Centauri, this decreed by our council. The Human factions all but Korian are welcome to visit us and enter any trading agreements including the Herculean Triad. As for the issue of Korian, we demand that he withdraw his military forces, not merchant ships back to his own territory. If our demand is not meet the First Worm (army) will strike his so called power ships to disable them. Then we will remove them to their space."

"Official Decree from the Council of Larvae"

Council: "The issue of JT 3, Centricate?"

"Open all hailing frequencies, I wish to meet him in person and discuss treaties and military agreements."

"Council dismissed"

Sitting in my office, I pondered a great thought. should I allow the Acheans us our world as a wormhole to defend us from Korian?
I do not know yet. It will all be decided by the actions of the Federation Fleet.

Assitant: "Message from the Primate of Beta Truix, Centricate. Patching through."

Primate: "Greetings, Centricate. I see all is well on Herculi."

"Yes, except for this Human fleet on the edge of our space. We are at defense condition 2 at the moment. I am appealing to you, would you mind sending your Fifth Quazi (army) to help defend in case the humans get an "itchy trigger finger"?

Primate: "Certainly, Centricate. They have been dispatched. We do not oppose the humans led by JT 3 to enter the Herculean Triad either, but we are concerned about the Acheans. Rumors have it that they are ammasing their fleet around these coordinates and waiting from a sudden anomaly. A jumppoint."

"I know, I may give them permission to use Herculi as one, if the humans attack."

Council: "MESSAGE FROM ACHEA, PATCHING INTO DOUBLE SCREEN."

Primate: "Ah, greetings. I hope all is well."

ACHEANS: "It is. We have intercepted a transmission from the Federated government to their fleet. It is being sent as we speak."

"WHAT? Primate would you mind sending your Second and Third Quazi as well? They have just entered our territory. They have been instructed to bockade Herculi."

Primate: "I will send Second, Third and Fourth Quazi. Dispatched now. Pressing affairs to attend to, Centricate good-day."

ACHEANS: "I am dispatching a Mantis and Cruiser to your location they are to be commanded by you only. They will follow only your orders." ACHEAN OUT

"Contact the Marshall. Have Defense Condition 1 on alert. Launch the Second and Thrid Quazi to intercept and launch the Third and Fourth Worm to intercept also. Dispatch the First Shock and Second Support Worm to the border. Upon intercept attack only if they are attacked."

And so it begins.....

Primate and AoYoS: I would like to know more about your Factions, i.e., Social Choices, planets colonized, treaties/pacts/wars, etc.

If Korian really is attacking, I will send a special fleet I have been building for purposes like this. The ships extend their sheilds to form a sort of wall in between the two sides until peace talks can occur. If no peace can be reached, I will retreat, as I don't want my ships being destroyed. I think this will work, as Korian and I are Pact Brothers(for now; I don't know what he'll say about this). I hope you can reach some sort of agreement. Have your forces on standby, however, as if now peace can be reached, my ships willl leave, and you will have to fight. If any shots are fired during the peace talks, I will take it as an act of war against me, and I will probably declare war, unless there is a d**n good reason why there was a shot.

Please do not let the Acheans go through your system, as it would probably mean the extinction of our race.

Eudamonia: We do not believe in destroying, we beleive in subduing.

Treaties/Pacts/Wars:

Treaties: with Truxians, Acheans, and JT 3's humans.

Pacts: Truxians, since our first cominque.

Wars: The War of Centauri Ressurection

This war was between the Acheans, allied with us and the Truxians, against a tri-pact alliance on the outer rim. We, unfortunealty completely destroyed these races. Hence our adoption of Eudamonia.

Truxians:

+2 Research: Smartest Species ever known
+1 Economy: They are merchants
+1 Morale: Believes in strict military control.
-2 Probe: OOC: I guess all researchers are prown to stolen technology.
-1 Planet: Mostly a industrial and merchantil society.

Planned: Sacrifices efficiency for growth and industry.

Could you please stop saying Federated ships? I am the leader of The Federation of Research and Knowledge, so it can get confusing. Call Korian's ships FSD ships and mine FRK ships(those are our initials)

In relation to Counsel Karok, we extend a treaty of friendship towards your faction.

Any Federal ships detected within 1 parsec of Herculi has been ordered disabled by our Electromagentic Phase Shards and escorted back to Federal Space.
