OOC: I am creating a new faction to suplement the needs of the roleplayers on this board. This faction will be based on living on Chiron's sister planet, and will resemble the mindworms of Chiron in apperance.

+2 Morale (Born into Caste System)
+1 Probe (Telepathic Deterents)
-1 Economy (Little Emphasis on Money)
-2 Growth (Growth capable once every year)
Research costs 110% of regular.
