I'm working on making a faction right now, based on the D'Haran empire from the Sword of Truth series by Terry Goodkind.

This is pretty much as far as I've gotten cause all the M stuff I haven't figured out what it is for. In the first line I have
M, 2, Richard Rahl, M, 0, 0, 1, 0, 0,
What is this M stuff for?
Plus when looking at other factions I see stuff like
unethical methods, M2
research, M1
"research", M1
research grant, M1
What are the M's for?
If anyone could explain it I would really appreaciate it.

You shoudln't have more than 6 Social Engineering abilities/penalties because it messes up the display of your faction power in the Social Engineering screen. The little window was meant to hold only 4.
If you copy and pasted this into the post your also missing a comma between the -POLICE and SOCIAL
If you ask me it seems a little strong.
