Your Asteroid Capital is perfectly shielded by my colonies on Jupiters Moons and on Mercury.
Should you come to any harm let me know, I have a fleet on standby.
I ask in return that I can refuel my CZAR Class Space Probe from your Docks.
It will be able to travel into deep space much more easily from there. You are free to examine it if you wish, and I will be sharing any information from its finding.

Kestril, our probe has gone into uncharted space. We are hoping that within a day or two we will be able to find a class 'G' star.
We are also planning to use an unmanned craft to explore the Enigma Black Hole. Would you like to contribute any equipment for the exploration of this Event Horizon?

You are welcome to use Sol Station L5, Kestril.
You are entitled to Sectors 12 through 135, decks 0-15.
Sol Station L5 will be under G.O.D. control, but you will be entitled to a Liason Officer who will be second-in-command.
Sol Station L5 will be the only port through which you will contact our nation outside of the Firaxis Information Nexus. We are an isolationist state, so please do not try to force yourselves into our territory. We do not wish to provoke a conflict because of our Black Hole Defense Policies.

Korian: I am sending the Turing Packet aboard a Express Transport Ship. It should be nearing your position in a few days. Install it in a free sensor bay in a probe, and you will be entitled to the data as well.

Regrettably, the Ceres Alliances speciality is in mining - particularly asteroids. The specifics of exploring and recording data in regards to blach holes are beyond us. However, we would certainly like to be part of the mission - at the very least, it would be an incredible learning experience.
We will do whatever we can to assist you in this work.
On another note, we notice that you are the nearest thing to an authority in regards to Saturnian space. Yet, we see that the Rings of Saturn lie fallow.
We wonder if you would find it overly-intrusive if we moved into the Rings? As I said, our speciality is mining asteroids - and the Rings provide that in abundance.

You can assured that we will respect your desire for peace, and quiet. What is yours shall remain yours, as we have no desire to influence your own internal politics.
