I FOUND OUT IF YOU NUKE A MINDWORM CLOSE TO ONE OF YOUR PACT/TREATY BROTHER'S CITY, IT EXPLODES WITHOUT VENDETTA OR ANYTHING! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
