When i was playing as the UoP, i was tinkering with the SE window and when i selected Democratic, my effic jumped from +1 to +5!!! I know that Democratic is supposed to give you +2 eff. WHAT IS GOING ON HERE??????????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Hmz...  Actually there's quite a simple answer. You switched from Police State to Democratic. Police State has -2 Efficiency, and Democratic has +2 Efficiency. 2-(-2) = 4... TNSe |

No, it was +5 from +1, and I was using Green Economics. |

Hmz.. Let me try again, it is very obvious: University has a +1 bonus to Efficiency from Start. Green Market gives a +2 Efficiency. So if you are using Green Market with Univ. you have +3 Efficiency. Police State has -2 Efficiency. So if you use Green Market + Police State with Univ, you have 2 - 2 + 1 = +1 Efficiency. Democracy has +2 Efficiency. So if you use Green Market + Democracy with Univ, you get 2 + 2 + 1 = +5 Efficiency. So what I am saying, is that you were using Green Market + Police State (+1 Efficiency) and switched to Green Market + Democracy (+5 Efficiency). Please tell me you understand it now TNSe |

hate to be picky, but the University doesn't have a +1 Efficiency, but if Y was using Knowledge, that's where it came from. from Police-Green-Knowledge (-2+2+1=1) |
