Just how do I put PB's on transports, and aircraft. I put on the stupid carrier deck, and the transport module, but they don't stay there. Help!

they shou;d stay but try this flythem over your carrier and then hit shift-l or whatever it is to load a unit

As korn said, they units should stay there if your transports have the carrier deck. Make sure the transport you are trying to use has the deck. Make sure that after you designed the new carrier transport that you set your cities to build the new unit, not the old one.
