i think iv worked out the efect, ther is a % chans that in any tern of planits fungs or mindwomes will aper in your sity limits or wen you pop a pod and this % gets wors wen you hav eco damige.

first is thatcorect.

next what is the formuler for ecodamig i know condensers mirors and borholes make it wors as dose exesi mineral income. aplicabl base fasilitys lower it as do forests and som SPs what i want to know is what is the exact formuler to use it, if i build a condenser outside the sity limits i still benifit but do i get eco damige.

are arias worked by crawlers included i had a sity withe 2-3 ecodamige and 4-6 crawlwes working borholed for minerals (no eficinsy at that base so i was building units)

Edfish: have you considered hiring a secretary or a dictaphone?

It certainly seems that more worms popup from pods and fungus when eco-damage is high, but isn't that mostly inside city limits?

Two kinds of eco-damage: (1) mineral usage, (2) terraforming.

Tree Farms and Hybrid Forests can eliminate terraforming damage.

Mineral damage can be reduced by some Projects but cannot be eliminated.

If you terraform outside city limits, that city won't be blamed, but I think it can still cause global eco-damage and polar melt.

Crawlers taking minerals from remote sites for a base cause that base to have that much more mineral usage, so they do add to that component of the base's eco-damage. But the base doesn't suffer from terraforming eco-damage because the mine or borehole is outside its limits.
