wen i build a farm and borhole the farm shoes up on the tile information but i cant get asny nutrents from it. is this noral.

A square with a borehole gives 0 nutrients no matter what. So there is no way to get nutrients from a borehole square. Even with a farm and soil enricher on it (which you can only do with the scenario editor - I just checked it out).

you can get minearal from the boreholes with a supply clawer and then later in the game it starts to give it on its own but that is near the end of the game, so supply clawers are your best bet.

Boreholes give a basic 6E,6M possibly more with resource bonuses. If you get WP and can buld them early you will only get 2E,2M until the resource restrictions are lifted by gaining appropriate tech.
I'm not entirely sure what destroyah is trying to say but what you have seen is "noral"
