I saw High Priests thing on the best faction, so i decided to do one like that for Secret Projects. I know there was a thread like this but i had more than one SP in my mind. For the SP you like the most, give it 6 points, 4 for second and 2 for thrid.

Since votes for Ascent to Transcendence are moot, I'll overlook it.
_Cloning vats_ always decides the winner in every game I've played.
_Weather paradigm_ is otherwise unmatched. I always play on standard+ maps with the abundant life forms setting, and then the _Xenoempathy Dome_ gives me that extra kick.

Different factions will have different fav SPs. This is my best guess overall favs.

1)Cloning Vats (are we sensing a pattern)
2)Telepathic Matrix (No riots)
3)Weather Paradigm (good early former advantage)

Honorable mention to any of the SP that give you a building for each city (esp Citizens Defense).
