I know that there is a way to create new factions (I do it all the time), but is there a way to create new wonders? I've got a whole heap of ideas.

Apart from e-mailing them to Firaxis (an d then nothing happening), I think not. Or maybe there's some file that contains the SP data that's editable but I haven't found it.
