I am playing the Spartans in single-player in this scenario. I have beaten the scenario as all three other factions. I am playing on Librarian, and I cannot beat the scenario as the Spartans?
Any strategies anyone has used?
I would really appreciate the help!

The spartans are the only one I've played in this scenario. I built a couple of ships but everything else was straight impact rovers. The best way to take the first city is to coordinate with the gaians. She seemed to do more damage with her mindworms than I do. Just call her up and coordinate battle plans.

I played it once as the Spartans. Sent everything i had or could make against the Believing objective, building a road while the base was under siege. Took it with a mixed force of art., inf., rovers and probes. Left a screening force to keep Miriam away from Dierdre and sent the army sceaming back down the road to help Dierdre defend against Yang's offensive. He was on the outskirts of the Gaian objective, and the Gaian army was virtually non-existent, but I got there in time.
I found the scenario to be finely balanced. It is probably great for a quick multiplayer game. Probably will end in a draw between players of roughly equal ability.
Well, that's my thumbnail review.
