I'm looking for some end game tips. I'm playng University. Believers, and Morgan are gone. I've got pact with Brother Lal, and treaty with the greenies. Hive is almost gone. I've taken most of his bases. The question is what do you do with these bases? They have very little infrastructure left. Do I build stuff like Chreches? Just have them pump out units? (Several turns due to low resources.)

Wouldn't that depend on which way you are planning to win. I'm trying to win by trancendance so on the bases I took over I'm building a defense unit, recycle, childrens creche, energy bank (I'm playing Morgan), hab complex, oh and a former in there somewhere. If you are going to destroy everyone I could see where you might be cranking out units instead.

Agree w/ Johnny V on what to do if you're going for Transcendence, and would add Drop Supply Rovers or supply skimships so that these bases' production can "stockpile" towards your end goal.

Or build energy bank/fusion labs etc and set them over for energy production - especially with captured sea bases.
