What are some of your best scores? My best is 6500 pts and 325% on talent and it's 2440. What about you?

I'm into the 7000's now on talent playing PK, secret is the drop colony pod and MASSIVE expansion just before trancendence.

I just bought trancendance and got 8000+ pts and 408%. I wanted to skip trancendence and just pile up my extra tech pts, 4 per turn. But I got into a big war with the University and got carried away with singularity planet busters and had to buy trancendence before the planet really screwed me up. I would just be getting a 1000 point bonus for doing it this way and it would have taken forever so I just bought the project and took the points for that. |

I've been playing for exactly one month now. I've gotten 438% on Transcend difficulty, but don't think the score was as high as the ones that you all have posted. Somewhere in the 4000-5000 range, I think. I played as the Peacekeepers, and won by transcendence. |

Transcend Ironman, lotsa native life forms, UoP, won by Transcendce in 2457. Can't remember the points, 598%. jhankla: yeah, drop colony pods PLUS trade agreements with anyone, no matter what the price/bribe may be... exactly one turn before you finish Got me ca. 50% of the points you get for population. |

Whoops, that should have been 2357, not 2457. |

Does having it on Ironman and abundant life add to your score? |

I never played Ironman (and probably never will), but Abuntant Life adds 25% to your score. |

Still playing in 2484 at second level on second-largest planet as Gaians, I have all but one SP (except for Transcendence, of course), over 150 Trans. Thoughts, over 130 bases, over 100,000 energy credits in reserve, and raw score of 6969, which increases by over 200 points each turn. This is only my second full game. I played University the first time (176%), and I played the Spartans and Peacekeepers once each (I think) with the demo. So there is still a whole lot I don't know yet! But the posts have contained some food for thought. Thanx! Uh, by the way, how have some of you had the time to play so many games to be able to learn what you have? ;=D |

Only played one real game -- well, more an exploration. Transcend / MY 2254 / 4691 pts / 439% rating [victory by ascent to transcendence] as someone else said the score at this point was rocketing anyway - most of that was earned in the final 10 turns.... I tentatively figure the best score would be in the seven digit area [6 digit % rating] but that assumes there are no annoying maximums on the sizes of cities [it also assumes the end date is 2500 not 2400 as in rulebook?]. I figure the extra 100 years at the easier levels would give only about 25-50% more points. Does the (presumed) less efficient conversion from points to % rating at the easier levels more than make up for that increased points score? |
