now that I have the SP that ends drone riots (telepathic matrix?) are improvements that reduce drones like rec commons a waste of time? How about nanohospital that improve lab and psych, is it still worth the cost and maintainance? Thanks in advance for the help, and thanks to the guy that told me about the no drones sp.

I'd say don't ship 'em.
1. if you aren't all done with your research. (if that is your goal) the Nanohospital, is still worth a go. You also avoid epidemy at your cities. Unless you play with no random events (boring). Also keep in mind, that with Nano, your cities will more easily go golden

Once you build Clinical Immortality, that SP prevents all epidemics.
At the same time, Golden Age hardly matters when you have Cloning Vats. Your population will grow the the maximum allowed nutrient limit, and all those extra Transcends will make Golden Age irrelevant.
