Hey! I guess y'all can E-mail me at [email protected], I have some really helpful tactics for anyone in any situation, here's a basic one
Multiply like Rabbits!
The easiest way to win is probably diplomatic, but this trick is still pretty fun. When you can, build the SP 'Cloning Vats' at this time you better be able to make 'Sky Hydroponics Lab' and Hab Complexes, even better HAb Domes, also it helps to make 300some energy a year, so this trick may take a while, when you have the Cloning vats have all your Cities build (in order) Hab Complex, Aerospace Complex, Rec. Commons-Holo. Theater, Hab Dome-Sky Hydroponics Lab, in a few turns you'll have a pretty decent population base, be sure to have good psych, a helpful late-game bonus is the Paradise Garden. when I did it I had so many Sky Hydroponics Labs that I had my population in the 30-50's!!! I then voted for Supreme Leader, I also coincidentially had Empath Guild, and I took care of the Peaceks earlier so I hade thousands (literally!) of votes, and I became suppreme leader, Email me for more and different tactics!

With all of the Special Projects, you can get your votes up to 3000 easy. In the later goings With the right setup, you can have every city building something and still pull in 500+ energy per turn. If you build all of the mineral bonus facilities, you can produce the strongest army in 1 turn.

Sky Hydroponics Labs! makes your max pop go really high.
