Help! The sea levels keep rising on my game. I got rid of the major eco-problems, like boreholes and solar collectors, and my eco rating is now zero at almost all of my cities. Yet every few years I get another message saying that the sea level is rising. I also switched to "Green" in the social engineering screen.

I have built pressure domes in all of my cities. I also have a "fleet" of formers that do nothing but raise the altitude level of the squares around my cities. I seem to be ok, but the computer opponents are almost all under water.

How can I stop the sea level from rising?

Umm... By calling off the council and voting to freeze the polar caps or something?

Which version of AC are you running? Until ver 3.0, once you pass a threshold of eco-damage [which is the sum of ALL factions] you start going into this spiral of global warming. It will eventually peter out, since all those nasty boreholes have been submerged, but it'll take a while. As long as you keep SOME land above water, you can eventually re-create your continents.
