Yes you can. It is not "turned off" Checkout my profile for an example.
The text areas in the "edit your profile" form are limited so you can't just paste in a whole page. There is just enough room to make a few modifications.

also there is a real picture of me somewhere in there under a pseudonym.
Just look at the picture I drew and then look for a real picture that looks like me.
At least sufficient beers sounds about right.

Umm, does the pink paper you're holding in front of your face (supporters section) constitute an 'iron head'?
Or are you involved in that blasted VRML thingy on the phoenix page that keeps locking up my browser?
I haven't gone through all pages at your place of work, though... There might be photos there, somewhere...

Ah at my place of work there are no pictures.
and only one page, we'll redesign it when we've got time.
I e-mailed the guy who put that picture of me with the pink paper up and he doesn't know what I was doing either.
I share a house with the guy who scored that free kick which crashes your browser.
Did you sign Emily's guest book? If you do say happy birthday, it's tomorrow. (If you can deal with all the pink!!)
No I'm not a player just a supporter. Iron head is a reference to another part of MY site!
I tried to put all my updates on the Web yesterday but I couldn't connect, I'll try again tonight.

Odd. Hmmm... I'd have thought e-mail might go wrong, but the guestbook entry shouldn't have...
Do you have an idea what might have happened?

Well unless you signed as Nessy you aren't there. I asked her about the E-Mail but she has got a bad habit of ignoring the questions I ask her in e-mails.
