I would like to see faction information such as advantages/disadvantages posted somwhere on the site.

When the game come out there should be some nice discussions of that going on in these forums. I also expect to see such info on SMAC site like www.beyondac.com or MINE. ;)

But since the AI is not completely programmed yet. I think it is still a bit too soon to get this info.

I Think advantages/disadvantages will be part of the faction editor, and that these will affect how the AI plays, but will not be affected by the AI, so I do not see how the AI's completion will affect these.
