There are some new designer notes up, as well as a new trailer in the Gallery. The trailer, courtesy of our marketing folks, uses a lot of the same footage in the previous trailer, but in more of a dynamic music video style. It's also larger...frame size 512 x 384, and will take longer to download. Enjoy!

Check out frames 504-516 carefully, screens shots in one to two frames, you need to pause on the frame to see them well. Unfortunately a bit fuzzy. But interesting. I like the adjective on the relationships between factions. |

"Seething Vendetta" caught my eye. I couldn't make out too many others though. |

Change your viewer to frames and go one frame at a time. It is frame 513. I see Obstinate PACT, Obstinate Vendetta, Quarrelsome TRUCE, Ambevilent PACT as well.
What interests me is frames 508 & 509 with the well-discussed bars (with both ends shown I think) and lots of symbols on it.
Frame 511 & 512 seemed to be some form of item purchase. |

Thomas,
Are you talking about the society profile screen that has been discussed in the 'ruthless/idealistic' thread? If so, I have added what I can make out from the screenshot to that thread. I think it is going to be one of the greatest new features of the genre (second to borders, perhaps).
Also, what viewer do you use? I cannot get frame count on Windows movie player or the shareware NetToob. I would be glad to find a superior player. |

I personally think that 511 and 512 are contruction order screens. It appears to have the name of the item, in addition to the time to build and the cost of the item. |
