I must have missed when or why it was decided to leave out the navigation bar at the bottom. Did anyone else notice it left?

Ummm.....I still have the bar. What browser are you using? Platform? etc.?

It's back now, I must have done something different before.

I open straight into the forums section via:
http://www.alphacentauri.com/cgi-bin/ubb/Ultimate.cgi
This doesn't give you the nav bar. I only do it because I am lazy and I come here more often than the main site.
If you open the link in a new window you lose the nav bar.

I do the same thing that MikeH does, more out of necessity than laziness - NetPositive doesn't handle frames too well and if I try to use the main page as an entrace, I end up with the forums replacing the bottom nav bar. It's odd, but, what can you do...
