Phil, this forum is useful to us who like to see the updates about when things change on the site.
Mike at Firaxis has been very good about posting here when something changes. We who watch the forums for change, can see it change, check it, and now where to look. |

Also, it's a fine place to post suggestions for changes to the site. ( for example, the science and technology forum is a result of requests posted to this forum.) |

Just being provocative there!:) Actually my whimsy was prompted by noticing the low rate of posts here, versus in the more specific threads. But if other forums have arisen through requests made here, then clearly this observation is less revealing than I supposed.

If there wasn't The Site forum we would have to post more things in the General forum and that is getting too congested already... |

The site forum is the place that I go to make sure that I haven't missed anything new. The Firaxis folks have yet to let us down on that, sometimes posting here and in the Gen. Forum. Definitely keep The Site. Thank you. |

A question, then...Which forum would this be? |

This is the Old "The Site" forum from back when firaxis actually controlled and Updated this site. This is a test made by FIRAXIS to see if you could transfer over old posts to the new forums. |
