Hello all,
I have a pretty good connection here at work, but when I am loading large message threads (around 100), the system is taking around 5 minutes to make the transfer. This is getting a bit ridiculous.
I miss the old board, where I could flip through message by message without seeing the whole thread. Can anything be done?

I prefer the single page approach, some of the large threads do take a while to download, try reading another forum in another window while you wait.
If you are at work you could use the 5 mins to do some work.
Sorry stupid idea. |

The idea of work doesn't really appeal at the moment which is why i'm posting so many messages, I'm gonna get a seat in the CC club. Probably my own waitress too. Just need to keep posting 40 a day for a week... |

The have waitresses in the CC!!!! Wow - now I really need to post more ;)
Well I think that we need to be diligent in making sure that a carry-over thread starts when one grows to long - that happens usually on its own. I do prefer this forum over the other, but I wish they would implement a search function! |
